INNOVATIVE NEW KIT FOR CDJR PENTASTAR 3.6L EXHAUST MANIFOLDS SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCES REPAIR TIMES

PITTSBURGH, PA, October 21, 2022 — ProMAXX® Tool’s latest innovation allows technicians to make an on-the-vehicle exhaust manifold repair (EMR) on 2011 to 2020 Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram Pentastar 3.6L V6 engines. With more than 10 million of these models produced, exhaust manifold issues are one of the most common problems technicians face.

In today’s tough employment market, qualified technicians are hard to find. The Pentastar 3.6L EMR Kit from ProMAXX Tool is designed to make those working on this engine more productive by reducing repair times by more than 50 percent. New Jersey Shop Owner Keith Van Meter was able to use the new 3.6L EMR kit’s precision-made ProPlate as a guide to easily drill out and remove all four broken exhaust manifold bolts while repairing a Dodge fleet vehicle. “If I had to pull the cylinder head it would have taken 10 to 15 hours,” he said. “But, thanks to the new 3.6L EMR Kit, I got the entire job done in two. That’s a savings of more than eight hours of work.”
