Broken Doser Valve Decomposition Tank Mounting Bolt Repair Kit for Cummins, Ram, and Navistar

It is no secret that DEF doser valves malfunction after being exposed to the elements. These valves are used to control the flow of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) in modern diesel engines and are crucial to the proper functioning of the engine's emissions system.
When technicians attempt to replace a faulty valve in the field, they encounter another issue. The tiny 6-mm mounting bolts that secure the valve in place can fracture during removal. This can make it challenging to remove the valve, and it can cause further damage to the engine if not handled correctly.
A decision to either replace the expensive Decomposition Reactor Tank or try to drill out the broken bolts freehand presents itself. However, the new Doser Valve Repair ProKit rescues the tank, omitting the need to remove it. It turns an expensive, hours-long job into roughly a 15-to 20-minute repair.
It is recommended that operators and technicians take extra care when removing or replacing DEF doser valves.
