All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Materials must be new, unused and in original packing. Returned products must be postmarked for return within 14 days of delivery.

REFUNDS (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 2-3 days. Shipping charges incurred for returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns will include a 25% restocking fee. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are nonrefundable.
