✅ Return Eligibility

  • Must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before initiating a return.
  • Email: info@promaxxtool.com or Call 724.941.0941 and ask for Customer Service.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition and packaging
    • Must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once received and inspected, you'll get an email confirming receipt and refund approval or rejection.
  • If approved:
    • Refund is issued to original payment method within 2–3 days.
    • 25% restocking fee applies if the return item meets the above conditions.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from refund if applicable.
