USER GUIDE
Thank you for purchasing the ProMAXX® PowerDrill™ PPD2800. We engineered the device to reach limited access areas helping technicians drive down on repair times and increase overall efficiency. The ProMAXX® PowerDrill™ features infinitely variable speed drive, 90 degree PowerReach™ rotating extension head, and a .3 horsepower PowerDrive™ motor that provides unprecedented reach, speed, and power. To operate, assemble the PowerDrive™ motor and extension by aligning the splined drive in the extension to the motor and rotate the head to the acceptable angle for your application. Hand tighten the slip nut on the PowerDrive™ motor shaft to maintain your selected angle. Attach a 90 PSI airline and adjust the variable speed dial to the tooling accordingly. The dial has five set detents, MAX, ¾, ½, ¼, and MIN speed, and infinitely variable between.

Air Consumption
ProMAXX® PowerDrill™ is designed to run at 90 PSI. Drills consume 4-18 CFM of compressed air. Air should be clear of all condensation and debris. Condensation traps may be required in some climates. Beware of over lubricating or in-line oil systems that can cause over lubrication and lead to premature failure.
Oil
Daily oiling is not required. General maintenance consists of 1-2 drops of oil once a week or after heavy use in the port below and inlet. Oil should be inserted and run through the drill prior to storage. The oil is to protect the tool from corrosion during the storage period, not as a maintenance requirement or performance booster.
Grease
Grease should be used sparingly. Once grease has been inserted in the tool, no further grease should be required unless maintenance has been performed and grease cleared from tool.
Safety Operation
- Use tool for intended purpose only
- Do not exceed tool’s capabilities
- Avoid using the device when wearing loose clothing or long hair.
- Examine tool for defects and test prior to use in production
